Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Prometheus, an app provided by Voyager Foundry. By downloading or using Prometheus, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Prometheus Does

Prometheus displays age, time and milestone calculations based on information you enter. These calculations are for personal information and entertainment only. Prometheus does not provide medical, financial, legal or other professional advice.

Licence and Acceptable Use

Voyager Foundry grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Prometheus in accordance with the applicable app-store rules. You may not:

• copy, sell, sublicense or redistribute the app except as permitted by law;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code except where the law allows it;
• interfere with the app, its security or related services; or
• use Prometheus for unlawful, harmful or misleading activity.

Sharing Content

Prometheus can create images or videos for you to share through third-party apps such as Instagram. You decide whether and where to share them, and you are responsible for the content you publish and for following the third party's terms. Voyager Foundry does not control those services.

Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Prometheus has no user accounts, and the birth information you enter is stored locally on your device.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Prometheus accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including to maintain compatibility, security or legal compliance.

Disclaimer and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prometheus is provided “as is” and “as available.” Voyager Foundry is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer rights you have.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, any mandatory protections and rights available under the laws of your country remain unaffected.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The latest version and its effective date will remain available on this page. Continuing to use Prometheus after an update means the updated terms apply.
