No Prometheus Account

Prometheus does not create user accounts and does not receive your Facebook or Instagram profile information. Sharing a card to Instagram hands the image or video directly from your device to the Instagram app. Voyager Foundry does not receive or store that shared content.

Delete Data Stored on Your Device

Your birth date, birth time, life-expectancy setting and app preferences are stored locally. To delete them:

1. Delete Prometheus from your iPhone or Android device.
2. If installed separately, delete Prometheus from your Apple Watch.

Removing the app deletes its locally stored data. Because this information is never uploaded to Voyager Foundry, there is no server-side account or personal profile for us to delete.

Request Deletion of Analytics Data

Prometheus uses Google Firebase Analytics with a pseudonymous app-instance identifier. To request deletion of analytics data that may be associated with your app instance, email hello@voyagerfoundry.com with the subject “Prometheus data deletion request.” We will respond with any information needed to identify and process the request. Because analytics data is pseudonymous and is not connected to your name or email address, some records may not be identifiable as yours.
