How do I change my birth date or time?
On the main age screen, tap the birth-date button in the top-right corner. Edit the date or time and save. Widgets, milestones and the Apple Watch app will update from the new value.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I switch the age display?
Tap the large age value to switch between the precise decimal display and the detailed years, months, days and time display.
Why don't I see Instagram Stories or Reels?
Those options appear only when Instagram is installed on the same device. Reels are rendered as a short video, which may take a few seconds before Instagram opens.
Why isn't a widget or watch value updating every second?
iOS and watchOS control background refresh timing to protect battery life. Open Prometheus after changing your birth date, confirm the watch is paired, and allow a short time for widgets and the watch to refresh.
How do I delete my data?
Prometheus has no account. Your birth information and preferences are stored locally, so deleting the app removes that local data. See the Data Deletion page for full instructions and analytics requests.
Privacy and Analytics
Prometheus uses Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate feature usage. Your name, email address, exact birth date and birth time are not sent through analytics. Sharing to another app creates the image or video locally and hands it directly to the app you choose.

Known Issues and Limitations
There are no widespread unresolved issues currently listed. Instagram sharing requires Instagram to be installed, and widget/watch refresh timing is controlled by the operating system. If you encounter something else, please email us.
